A downloadable petition is available. It can either be printed and completed or it can be completed online using Adobe Acrobat Reader and then printed. In either case, it must be signed by both the petitioner and the two members recommending the petitioner for membership. A check for at least the E.A. degree fees must accompany the petition when sending it to the lodge.
